WE ARE "NO" TO THE DRAFT "RELIGIOUS CONVERSION LAW," 

published in state-run media on May 27, 2014.

On behalf of the Chin Baptist Churches USA that is organized of 82 Chin Baptist and Christian churches in the USA, I would like to express our strong disagreement on the draft "Religious Conversion Law" in Myanmar.  We strongly endorse the statement of the Chin Human Right Organization against it.

We love our country to become a peaceful country in the world.  People of all religions in Myanmar should peacefully live in their homeland and country.   All people of the country need religious freedom that is the right of every individuals or communities  in Myanmar as well as in the world.  We greatly love our country to become a true democratic country that respects and honors the right, will and desire of all citizens in the country.  We are totally against the proposed Religious Conversion Law in Myanmar.
